Toreka Cross Method
Adoption of fabrics with resin intrusion confirmation features that can easily prevent human errors such as unintentional intrusion.
The "Toreka Cross Method" is a reinforcement technique for concrete structures using high-quality carbon fiber Toreka cloth. When resin is impregnated, it changes from white to transparent. The impregnation state can be visually confirmed during construction, making it easy to prevent human errors such as unimpregnated areas. By applying Toreka cloth in the vertical direction (bending reinforcement) and horizontal direction (shear reinforcement), the concrete is constrained, resulting in increased ultimate displacement and improved seismic performance. [Reinforcement Effects] ■ Seismic reinforcement for bridge piers and buildings ■ Improved compressive toughness ■ Enhanced bending strength ■ Reinforcement of crack areas *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
